NOSE CENTER
Less incision burden with Non-incision Rhinoplasty
An internal approach without a columellar incision reduces scarring concerns and recovery time.

Daily life in about 5–7 days
ANSWER Non-incision Rhinoplasty
Non-incision (closed) rhinoplasty is performed entirely through incisions inside the nostrils, without an external cut across the columella. With little visible scarring and comparatively less swelling and downtime, it can be a good option when the needed correction is modest.
When Non-incision Rhinoplasty is needed
If any of the following apply to you, we recommend a specialist consultation.
Worried about scarring
You have hesitated over surgery because of a possible columellar scar
Quick return to daily life
Work or school schedules call for the shortest possible recovery
Modest correction needed
You want the bridge refined and the tip lifted slightly
A subtle result preferred
You want a natural change that people around you will not notice
CUSTOM DESIGN
Diagnosis that first judges suitability
The closed approach is not right for every nose. ANSWER first evaluates the tip cartilage and the scope of correction, candidly advising whether a closed approach suffices or an open approach would serve you better — and plans a closed procedure only when it truly fits.
- 1Open vs. closed suitability assessed by correction scope
- 2Tip cartilage shape and symmetry analyzed in advance
- 3Conservative criteria that avoid forcing the closed approach

ANSWER POINT
Precise work even in a limited field
With a restricted view, the accuracy of cartilage work matters all the more. Even through the internal approach, ANSWER sutures the tip cartilage symmetrically and places grafts in exact positions as a matter of principle, aiming for results on par with open surgery.
- 1No external scar — incisions stay inside the nostrils
- 2Symmetric tip cartilage suturing refines the line
- 3Reduced dissection eases swelling and bruising

ANSWER Non-incision Rhinoplasty: How It's Done
Consultation & Suitability Check
Your nose and desired correction are assessed to judge whether the closed approach fits.
Line Design
Bridge height and tip shape are designed to suit your facial proportions.
Internal Incision & Access
The surgical field is established through nostril incisions alone.
Bridge & Tip Correction
Implant placement and tip cartilage work proceed precisely within the limited incision.
Recovery Care
After a short fixation period, we check your progress and advise when to return to daily life.
Frequently Asked Questions
QCan the closed approach change the tip shape enough?
Light tip refinement and modest height are often achievable without an external incision. For major structural change — an upturned or contracted nose — an open approach may be more suitable, and we advise you candidly after diagnosis.
QDoes it hold up less well than the open approach?
Applied to the right indications, the closed approach can also be expected to hold stably. When a large correction requires a strut, our principle is to recommend the open approach from the start.
QHow much shorter is the recovery?
Without an external incision there is relatively little bruising and swelling, and many patients return to daily life in around 5–7 days. Swelling resolves at different speeds, so we guide you according to your progress.
