ANSWER Natural Adhesion

The natural adhesion method links the crease to the movement of the eye-opening muscle, so the fold forms naturally as the eye opens — all without incision. No knots remain near the skin, leaving little trace when the eyes are closed, and you can expect a soft line that looks as if it was always there.

When Natural Adhesion is needed

If any of the following apply to you, we recommend a specialist consultation.

CASE 01

Wanting a natural line

You want a fold that looks innate, with no surgical trace

CASE 02

Worried about closed-eye traces

You fear visible knots or incision scars

CASE 03

Thin lids with little fat

Your eyelids are thin — well suited to a non-incision method

CASE 04

Hoping for fast recovery

You want minimal swelling and a quick return to daily life

CUSTOM DESIGN

Line design matched to your eye condition

Suitability for natural adhesion varies with lid thickness, fat volume, and eye-opening strength. ANSWER evaluates your eyes before surgery to judge whether the method fits, and designs the fold height and shape (in-line, out-line, and variants) to suit your look.

  • 1Suitability assessed by lid thickness and fat volume
  • 2Line shape custom-designed: in-line, semi-out, and more
  • 3Ptosis correction considered when opening strength is weak

ANSWER POINT

A hold powered by the eye-opening force

Unlike the buried-suture method held only by thread, natural adhesion bonds the line to the eye-opening structures (tarsus and levator tissue), so the opening force itself holds the fold. ANSWER forms this adhesion point precisely, lowering the chance of loosening and keeping the closed lid smooth.

  • 1A physiologic adhesion between the line and opening muscle
  • 2No knots at the skin — little trace with eyes closed
  • 3Less loosening expected compared with buried sutures

ANSWER Natural Adhesion: How It's Done

1

Consultation & Suitability Check

Lid thickness and eye-opening strength are evaluated to judge whether natural adhesion fits.

2

Line Design

Fold height and shape are designed for your eye shape and overall look.

3

Adhesion Formation

Through tiny openings, the line is connected and fixed to the opening-muscle tissue.

4

Recovery Care

We track the swelling as it subsides and check that the line stays stable.

Frequently Asked Questions

QHow does natural adhesion differ from the buried-suture method?

Buried sutures hold the line by knot tension alone, while natural adhesion bonds the line to the eye-opening muscle so the opening force maintains it. There is less knot visibility and loosening is expected less often.

QIs natural adhesion possible for every eye?

Thick lids, abundant fat, or significant skin sagging may be better served by an incision method. We evaluate before surgery and advise the suitable approach candidly.

QWon't it loosen over time?

Once the adhesion forms stably, long-term hold can be expected, but fading cannot be entirely ruled out depending on eye condition and habits. If loosening seems likely in your case, we review other methods with you.
